Our office accepts all insurance, however, we are not a preferred provider for any. We will submit your insurance
claim for you. Any co-pay is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If
the insurance has not paid after 90 days, you will be responsible for the balance. We accept cash, check, Mastercard,
Visa and Discover. In addition we offer financing through CareCredit and Personal Finance Company. This is for
any treatment over $300.00.
